Bonjour, I’m Andrea, aka: Pistolette, a Cajun femme freakale living in the beautiful urban sub-terra of New Orleans, Louisiana.

After a misguided journey in broadcast journalism, corporate public relations, and international spy training I’ve finally found peace and contentment working from home. I’m the wife of one, and mother of two – babies aged 1 and 2.

I’m a professional writer, and amateur photographer; an obsessive organizer and hyperactive autodidact. I love to experiment in the kitchen and garden, and if I’m still not tired then I shoot guns or drink Scotch… but not together. Do I look like Hunter S. Thompson? Usually though, I’m found doing my favorites – snuggling with my babies or shagging my sexy geek husband.
